The communication with staff was easy and they were responsive. the apartment was well-equipped with amenities, including a stove, pots, and pans. the host was really responsive on Whatsapp, which made it easy to request any assistance or ask questions. the location, although not the best, was manageable if you have a car. It offered a safe and secure environment for a business trip.

The location of the apartment can be a bit inconvenient if you don't have a car. Finding parking can also be a bit of a challenge, as the apartment doesn't provide any.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment in Milan. The value for money was excellent, with a well-equipped, modern, and immaculately clean room. The location was convenient, with a large supermarket and beautiful promenade nearby, as well as easy access to bus stops. The staff, especially the owner, was always responsive and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast selection could be improved with more variety of options.

the apartment at Arici 15 was recently renovated and super clean. it's just a short walk to the metro station - making it easy to get around. the staff was friendly and communication was smooth. they even have a vending machine and garbage sorting - so convenient!

The apartment at Apartment Arici 15 in Milan was like a dream come true for a budget traveler like me. It had a fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, making it so convenient for cooking my own meals and saving money. Plus, the seating area was super cozy, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The flat-screen TV in the room was a bonus! I could catch up on my favorite shows and unwind before calling it a night. And having a washing machine was such a relief, as I didn't have to worry about finding a laundromat during my stay. Another great thing about this place was the airconditioning. It kept the room cool and comfortable, allowing me to escape the summer heat.

Personally, I'm not a big fan of the bidet in the private bathroom. I understand that some people might find it useful, but it's just not my cup of tea.

We had a great time exploring the neighborhood surrounding the apartment, with plenty of shops, grocery stores, and restaurants within walking distance. the metro station was also conveniently located, making it easy to get around the city. the room was clean and well, designed, with a fresh and modern interior. the bathroom was spacious and well, equipped, and we appreciated the nice shower head.

We did find the entrance to the courtyard a bit off, putting, with lots of garbage cans and carts around.

The check-in process was smooth, and the host, Stefano, was extremely helpful and ready to address any issues. The location was convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the green line, making it easy to reach the main attractions of Milan. we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

One drawback was that the apartment is located in a disadvantaged area with drug dealers nearby. The main entrance and door locks were also broken, raising concerns about security.
